RMK: Vale of Aylesbury filled with fog ... top of fog around
130-140m amsl. (Shortage of visibility points above the fog).
At time of writing (1010z) also some shallow fog patches at
my site. Moderate hoar/rime, and ground frozen. Thick fog
formed around midnight and was still there at 03z, all the time
shallow enough for the moon to shine strongly through it.
