overall - so still snow for high ground in Scotland and northern

I doubt it. But a week down the line who knows? Even the great Joe *******i
has conveniently forgotten his "patience Grasshopper" and the real severe
cold kicking in to NW Europe after the initial cold spell. He is now saying
no real cold in sight and windy and stormy with snow in the Alps. So
basically he changes his forecast every couple of weeks and predicts what we
all can see anyway. I wish people would accept that our weather is difficult
to forecast more than a week out instead of keep making these extreme
forecasts for two to three weeks ahead.
