Eric, wasn't your min lower than 2.8? I seem to remember seeing -0.
something at 09 yesterday. Or are your max/mins 06-18/18-06 ?

Bernard, in reply to your question.

My readings are taken as follows........
Maximum (09 - 09) thrown back, so at 0900 this morning, the highest reading
in the past 24 hours would be entered on the 14th.
Minimum is the overnight one (18 - 09), so this mornings +2.8 will be the
entry for the 15th.
Grass Min as above (18 - 09).
Rainfall (09 - 09) thrown back, so the 24 hour total read at 0900 in the
morning is entered as for the previous day

I always enter data as above on my COL return and in reports to the
Newsgroup
But I have noticed that you (and others) give readings for the period 09 -
09.
So, do you use 09 - 09 for Max, Min, Grass Min and Rainfall when submitting
data to COL and are all readings thrown back?

There was something a few months back about this, in answer to a query from
a member on the newsgroup, but cant find a copy of it.
I think that it suggested entering data as I am doing at present.
