Default Cairgorm summit massive wind chill

I'm not sure of the exact height of Cairgorm summit, but at 6pm there was
an 86 mph mean wind from the SE gusting 114 mph and a temperature of -3C.
Now that's what I call wind chill.

I believe that above approx. 70 mph the wind chill actually reduces as
friction from the moving air begins to out-weigh the wind chill effect.
