This happened to a mate a few months ago. He had recently changed to Windows
Vista, and every r***y e-mail he sent me arrived here twice!

This seems to be unique to Vista and Outlook Express, and somehow an
identity can appear twice in it's registry, so any e-mail or post sent
through OE gets duplicated and sent a second time. Check your identity and
account settings in case it's happened to you. Haven't got Vista, so can't
elaborate any further.

And something else intrigues me, since I haven't used this group for some
time. How do weather reports from Brussels get to appear in
"UK".sci.weather?
