Default Apology for duplicate posts

Each evening I type my daily summary posts concerning Brussels and the UK
into a Word document. I keep the standard headings and links permanently
in the Word document and fill in the appropriate comments and figures for
the day in question.

I copy and paste the text en bloc into an e-mail message box and post the
message to the News Group. If I do this via News.Individual.Net using
Outlook Express, the message - although it looks right when I send it -
somehow gets reformatted and appears in the News Group with the lines spaced
much too far apart.

Some formatting option in my Word document must be set wrongly but I cannot
trace what it is. Posts which I type directly into Outlook Express - like
this one - appear normal.

I am no particular fan of Google Groups but if I copy my text into a Google
message box and post it that way, the formatting stays as it should be.
That is why I send my Brussels and UK summaries via Google.

I still have Windows XP, not Vista, so that is not the cause of the problem.
