1500z NE F1 4000 HZ 6Ci250 00.1/-00.8 993
RMK: Wind has just gone to the NE in past half hour. It's been a
beautiful, still, sunny afternoon. A slight thaw. Max 0.4C. Snow

not very high on the priority list!
