.... at 09Z, total rainfall (much of this in fact sleet/very wet snow -
little 'proper' snow) was 13.2 mm. Very patchy/melting, slushy cover,
50% - roads/paving generally OK, the latter just a little slippy in
places that were out of the sun yesterday.

.... currently (0945Z) - OVC ST, BR (5km), with the odd bit of sleet.
OAT = 1.3°C (from an overnight min of 0.6).
