[OBS] Romsey - Sunday 8th March 2009
Prolonged showers that began at 1755Z with few dry intervals
turned to sleet at 1905Z as the temperature fell quickly to below
+3C. The shower is now very slight but trailing quite low stratus.
At most, the proportion of snow to rain was about 25% to 75%.
The moon is faintly visible to the ESE and Venus (I think it is) to
the west is clearly seen.
