Default Time of maximum temperature?

Isn't the max temperature largly controlled by the sunshine exposure
especially during the summer months ? .restricted exposure ,south facing
gardens ,and all the usual problems experienced by the amateur urban
enthusiast,of which there are many on this group I suspect.
Oh for the joys of living on Exmoor.....

At this time of year, in full sunshine and with stable conditions and a
light breeze, approximately what time of day would the expected maximum
temperature occur?

Dave

Interesting question. If you click on the link below it will download a MS
Word document in which I have cut and pasted a year's worth of graphs that
show the times of min and max temperatures for here in the Otter Valley.
