I see that you're using Outlook Express, Dave. Any chance that you could
configure it to quote "properly", ie with chevrons in front of quoted
material? I'm pretty sure that it's possible, and it would make it far
easier to see who said what.


It's not an OE problem on it's own, it's when an OE user is replying
to someone posting via Google Groups that the chevrons do not appear.
You don't use GG and I use OE and the chevrons appeared in this
message as they should. They did not appear in a reply i made to Tudor,
who posts via GG. In that case I manually added some '.........' to
seperate the replies.
