In the picture you can see a small green bolt of lightning, is this

leader strike?



IMHO it is a fake. I base this on close inspection in photoshop. There is no
sign of any refelection in the right place, but I could be wrong and it
could be a leader.

Strange, I can see the reflection of the leader just fine, it appears
not to go straight up (relatively) but to be tilted away from the viewer
making the reflection appear shorter. Makes sense since the main strike
hit behind the hill.
