RMK: Thick fog formed around 23-00z; cannot say how
continuous it was, but foggy when I got up at 0700z, cleared
by 0745z. Still foggy in the Vale of Aylesbury.

Obsy 09-09: Tx 13.8 Tn 2.2 Tg -2.0 RR tr(fe)
Lodge 09-09: Tx 13.8 Tn 1.3 Tg -1.9 RR tr(fe) sss 9.6
