Overnight cloud meant it was the warmest night of the year so far,
minimum 10.3C (just beating 10.1C on 12th January!)
The cloud broke quickly this morning, sunny periods on the coast since
09:30, prolonged sunshine on windward coasts ( see
www.minack.com/min02_7ref30.htm
) The north coast has some cumulus drifting off the land (
www.nci-stives.org/basiccamera.htm ). A fair amount of cumuliform
cloud inland, and some small patches of stratus out to sea. Sunshine
so far this month now around 150 hours locally.
The Force 3 onshore southerly wind is restricted the temperature, the
maximum (so far) 15.3C
