Default [OBS] Romsey - Monday 27th April 2009

Sudden wind veer at 0940Z from S to W with consequent
drop in speed. The temperature fell by 1.5C and most of
the low cloud soon cleared off. We're left with Altostratus
translucidus, through which the sun is visible but it continues
to rain. Moderate rain eased to slight around 1100Z.
