A quite miserable morning with some bursts of very heavy rain for
periods of 5 minutes or so. Cleared soon after morning coffee and
since then a few beefy showers. Total at work is 12.6mm and here at
Hilton 11.6mm. Temperature has gone up and down this afternoon by up
to 2C ( now 9C)
Now a fine end to the afternoon. Did a fair amount of planting
yesterday so this rain was very useful
