at 10/0304Z and 10/1216Z. No spots were observed on the visible
disk.

IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low, with a slight chance for an isolated C-class flare.

IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 09/2100Z to 10/2100Z:
Geomagnetic activity was quiet.

IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: Geomagnetic activity is
