Default Why no Weather warning ?

36 mm in the last 6 months? You cannot be serious. There is
no indication in your post that the heavy rain caused a problem which
may have been averted given sufficient warning so why don't you just
sit back (indoors) and enjoy the downpour. In any case a glance at
the sky before the event may have told you something, such as "get the
washing in" or "prepare to operate windscreen wiper".
