Is there an archive anywhere on the net containing still frames taken, say,
a few hours apart going back, say, a week?

If there is a site that archives these satellite images, I can create an
animation loop.

Wouln't a collection of such in XP's "My Pictures" do that anyway? Just
open a series of saved pics and set it to "View as Slide Show" or
something like that.
