I am software engineer, I need to evaluate the accuracy of weather
forecasting system. How could I evaluate weather forecasting accuracy
for weather elements below:

Cloud conditions (sunny, partially cloudy, cloudy)
Pressure
Humidity
Extent of Rainfall
Wind Speed
