Average Difference over period = 0.44

The reason for mentioning this, is because they are comparing their CET
values with those of past Met Office CET values and it can only be described
as misleading. I think their current value of 14.7 for this September is
probably wrong as well, only the first week was particularly warm, the rest
of the month has been on the cool side.

Especially worrying is the difference between the June temperatures, almost
a whole degree!
