sporadic light rain/drizzle - breezy, cloudy.

Just after 09z today the AWS gave us 0.4mm. Another 0.2mm around 11z,
but since then 11.6mm and still going on. So Bill has partly redeemed
himself. Gusty too in the showers. Atm just drizzle.
