Yes, Nick. The mean temperature here for August 2005 was 17.1c; this year
it's above 18c so far.
August 2005 was quite wet with70mm of rain.

Best August since 2004, mean temperature up to the 24th 17.9C and the
rainfall to date 32.3mm. Of that 20.1mm fell on the 6th.
