Heavy rain just started after a brief earlier respite. Visibility
deteriorating quickly now and turning quite dark and menacing. Temperature
has gone *down* to +13.1C.
Not an afternoon for walking on the moor, I hope the warnings have been
heeded as rivers will rise rapidly due to saturated watersheds on the high
moor.
