Quite persistent rain for a change in the SE today, looking at the
radar I think it's more over Essex than Kent. 2.6mm so far.

Pretty miserable day here Keith. Autumn has arrived....
Showery Rain all day 3.0mm so far. *Temp 16c.

Yes, a bit of a rubbish high this one - we only got 3 good (10th,11th,
12th) and one goodish (14th) days out of it - no better than August
was here. Incidentally is there a good method of figuring out whether
highs end up being completely ineffectual against fronts? This is not
the first time it happens, the last Saturday in Sep 2004, and the last
Wednesday in May this year are others.
