Now raining moderate to heavy, 3.0 mm in last hour. Wind still light SSE 5-10
knots but just starting to pick up. MSLP 1015.6 hPa and falling.
Had a brief spell of thick fog 30 minutes ago as dew point rose but vis now up
to circa 4 km. Temperature 11.5 deg C.
