1550 local 3/10/04

ROFL. Moderate rain most of the afternoon up here, now verging on heavy.
Total so far 8.9 mm but the way it's sheeting down ATM that will continue to
rise. Not very windy max. gust 22 knots (3.5m agl). Not very cold either at 12.7
deg C. Cloud base lowering, Haytor rocks out of sight.
