Yes, it was busy on the beach down at Jacob's Ladder, even though the tide
is currently neap and this afternoon it was high water, hence there was no
sand but it didn't stop the people. More like a day in early August.
The caravan sites are still pretty much full, this has been a very late
season for tourists.
And that sun is still strong enough to tan, my forehead is feeling warm this
evening, must have caught it.
In the end the sunshine was too hazy and the recorder switched off long
before sunset. Still, 10.3 hours of sunshine today, a very respectable 86%
of the total possible. Total for the month so far now stands at 176 hours.
Temperature holding up a little this evening and not falling away like
yesterday, so it shouldn't be as cold a night. Possibly caused by the slight
breeze and higher humidity.
