Default A White Christmas?

The silly season has already started with Accuweather's finest
believing he can successfully predict our winter weather and going for
all 3 months having below average temperatures, but here's Positive
Weather Solutions (positive solutions?? Whay; you get the weather you
want if you pay them for a forecast??) saying that they have the
capability to say exactly when it will snow during the winter.
Surprisingly they are forecasting snow on Christmas Day and not the
11th of January. I wonder why and I'll bet it's not because they don't
think it will snow on 11th Jan. You pay them for a forecast and I'm
sure they'll provide you with a probability forecast!

Weather Consultancy Services, on the other hand, are going for 2 cold
months in December and February, by the looks of it.

I refrained from posting page 3.*))

Thanks to someone on TWO for posting it originally.
