.... (0930Z): currently moderate rain / wind Bft 5 at most, but we've
had short bursts (not gusts) up to Bft 6.

Rain began ~0230Z, soon moderate, with extended periods heavy rain
from 0530Z. Rainfall at 09Z = 13.5 mm, but we've got more to come
looking at the latest radarnet.
