... (0930Z): currently moderate rain / wind Bft 5 at most, but we've
had short bursts (not gusts) up to Bft 6.

Rain began ~0230Z, soon moderate, with extended periods heavy rain
from 0530Z. Rainfall at 09Z = 13.5 mm, but we've got more to come
looking at the latest radarnet.


.... (1100Z): light/intermittent rain now - last bursts of moderate
rain circa 1030Z. Rain since 09Z ~3.5 mm, so about 17 mm for this
particular event. Wind never more than Bft 6, and now down to Bft 4,
ocnl 5. As thinning (sun just about detected) with BKN SC underneath.
