Plymouth Mt Batten is noticeably missing (comms failure due to
lightning?) over the last 36 hrs so it looks as if SW Engalnd missed
out on the heavy rain.
Not so.
I had 17 mm here in Wembury, SW Devon to 1800Z yesterday 7 Nov.
Then 12 mm overnight but none during daylight hours today.
That is 29 mm total for 24 hrs 1200Z 7th to 1200Z 8th Nov.
Sometimes those maps via Weatheronline are misleading.
