Moderate rain arrived in Exeter around 1830Z and has been continuous
ever since, it's getting heavier at the mo. Current total around 4mm,
wind's dropped out a lot, current temp 9.5C. I'll be interested to see
how much more rain falls oop in t' hills in this synoptic situation
compared with the usual W/SW flow,
