I was listening to snatches of radio five just after 9 am today and I heard
Victoria Derbyshire mention that within the next hour they'd be covering a
news story about a predicted severe winter. I get in to work and than a
colleague informs me, about a severe winter being forecast in the news.
Eventually I check the BBC news website and find this story

So the source of this breaking news is METCHEQUE, Mr Andrew Bond. So the BBC
has dumbed down, a down to far. Yes they've scrapped lower than Dermot
Moneyhand, Slasher Kinky and that Danniel Corbett. It's so bloody bad now at
the ideologically led BBC, that they've help start a wave of pending winter
doom from Metcheque. Have they stopped checking the validity of their
sources.
We're rapidly sinking into a world of goobledy gook and nonsense.
Alternative comedy, alternative lifestyle, alternative medicine and
alternative meteorology.
Now Andrew you've always seemed a nice chap; but you predicting weather
beyond half-an-hour do me a favour! As for that bunch of fools at the BBC?
Well I've always supported the notion of the BBC with it's high quality
programming not influenced by commercial considerations. Now though with
the opinionated dross they serve up saddled with an innept gullibility;
forget it.
