You seem so sure of this snow Will! The front running down from the
north seems to fragment on the model I look at. I know it is a
different world up your way, but it would make for an interesting
weekend scenario if it becomes more active.

The FNMOC shows a number of beefy, pretty deep, lows running up from
Biscay through Northern France/Channel around Christmas. I guess their
path is not too certain yet..
