Hardly. Being stuck behind someone doing 35mph in a 50mph zone is
_intensely_ irritating. I've seen people overtake in really stupid places as
a direct result.

Maybe they deemed that the safest speed for the conditions. Speed limits
are not targets.


Clear road, good visiblity. Just a slow driver.

Anyway, back to the weather...


Agreed.

Here in Stafford we've had about 1mm of snow (yesterday), although some
harder hit areas have had as much as 2mm where it's drifted.
