Default [WR] 21/1925Z -RASN West Moors/East Dorset

... (21/1750Z): temperature holding as above (0.9), dew point 1.1,
so with the wet-bulb well above zero, the melting layer must be a
good 150 metres or more above us. There is the hint of something of
melted snow in the light PPN: if it stays this intensity, not really
going to cause too many problems.

[ rubbish my previous the dew point should have read 0.2!]

.... (21/1925Z): still gently 'sleeting'; nothing very dramatic. OAT
0.8°C. Could do with heavier PPN to dissuade the so-called carol
singers who think that the first line of 'We wish you a Merry
Christmas' is a suitable way to earn a pound!

Martin.
