Default [WR] RE-FZRA 23/0930Z West Moors/E.Dorset

... (23/0900Z): another period of freezing rain - all untreated
surfaces (and some that had been so), are now covered with ice;
worst/best case I've seen since the 1985.

OAT currently -1.2°C

A338 Bournemouth - Ringwood (a major feeder/connecting road
hereabouts) shut in both directions for past couple of hours due
multiple accidents over ice.

.... (23/0930Z): not raining currently, but note sferics on latest
frames coastal Channel! Still sub-zero temperatures in air (-0.8°C),
though the grass min thermometer, though ice-covered, is reading 0.0:
presumably some latent heat exchanges in place there.

All paths are like glass: they *look* wet, but are in fact highly
dangerous.

Martin.
