and 600m. Quite a bit of rime (2-3mm). Temp at observatory
site hovered around zero to -1 for much of the night, dipping
briefly to -3 around 0600 when the wind nearly died for a time
Averaged snow depth 22cm. Rainfall equivalent of total snow
measured Tue afternoon was 26.0mm which suggests about
3mm has escaped into the ground, though part or all of this
may simply be a measurement error.
