... (23/1130Z): currently light/continuous rain, but whilst out and
about, PPN turned moderate, with a very little wet snow embedded.
OAT currently: +0.3°C, with grass min. thermo just a tenth above
zero.

Paths, with the benefit of 'warm' PPN have now begun to sort
themselves out: still patches of ice (where previously thick), but
broadly, it's just wet/soggy underfoot. Roads seem OK ... one or two
minor roads are as the paving - need care, but generally fine.
