I took the dog out at around 7 am in St Andrews and the place was like
a skating rink with the park i went into almost un-walkable. People's
driveways were just 2 inches of bumpy shiny ice. Rain on Sunday on top
of snow and then quickly frozen was the cause. No one can like that
situation.
