I am looking for more informatons about opitical weather phenomena
(hallo, gloria, etc..) and hazards weather phenomena (CB, turbulence,
etc..)

For the optical stuff, look for Minnaert's book "Light and Colour in
the Open Air" (or possibly "Color"). By the time you get to the end
of it, it will seem amazing that we ever manage to see anything given
the number of phenomena that can interfere with the process.
