First fall of this period up here was on the 14th, couple of days
with no falling snow to the 17th but I don't think any of that which
fell on the 14th thawed on untreated/untrafficed areas over those
days. So that makes 20 days with lying snow...

Average air min for the last 11 days here is -7.0ºC. 24 days on the trot
with an airfrost.

Do you mean 24 consequative days sub-zero or just days with sub-zero
temps at some time? We went below zero early on the 17th and every
day since then has had an air frost but not all have been ice days,
only 8 of them have been ice days.
