Default [WR] Bewdley - ice day!

Okay, so strictly speaking I can't say that just yet, but I think it's
*fairly* unlikely to warm up in the next few hours!

In spite of my earlier pessimism, the maximum here was -0.4°C. It's been
a glorious winter's day with sunshine all the way; similar to 6 January
last year, but with better snow cover and no significant thaw even in the
sunshine. Currently -2.2°C.

Now, will we make -7°C this time? The Met Office forecast for the region
suggests we might, with -7°C predicted for Bromsgrove and Bridgnorth, but
also suggests some snow late on in the night. (Where from, though?) My
guess would be a minimum very close to last night's.
