I use a couple of UPS's for the PC and equipment they give the mains AC
voltage reading and I've never seen it so low as I have the last couple of
days around peak time its dropped as low as 228 volts. I normally get a
steady 238.

Never mind when the Labour Party switch over to green energy those wind
turbines and solar panels will keep us warm.
