Yesterday I reported that there was no snow in the std raingauge top and
nothing in the bottle below. Now today there is still nothing in the
top, but a quantity of ppn frozen in the bottle. It is currently cooking
on the AGA top, and I'll soon know if this corresponds to the snowfall
of Wed 6th. I suppose I must have missed the ice in the bottle yesterday.

(Later) It turns out to measure 4.0mm against my estimate of 3.6mm. So I
can put it right in the record now.
