The minimum of -22.3°C at Altnaharra (Sutherland) just beats
the -21.7°C at Kinbrace (also Sutherland) on the morning of
3 March 2001, and, barring faulty memory syndrome, is therefore
the lowest since the -27.2°C at Altnaharra on 30 December 1995.
