just walked around the estate and noticed some houses have monster
icicles hanging off roofs and gutters.

also noticed my own property has a build up of smaller ones as well on
one side.

any ideas on how to prevent these or get rid of them (apart from
climbing on the roof)

most articles on the net point to poor insulation or heat escape?
