Very light stuff but sun shining throughout 3 minute activity. Looking
at
the 10am satellite imagery I see a large wodge of cloud moving NW into
England From France and Belgium -is this going to be snow I wonder?

Have you swapped ends in your bed Lawrence :-)

If thats a reference to moaning, hey give me a chance I haven't been up
that long ;-)

Most odd - I was expecting the front to come in from the East. It appears
that all those streamers chanelling past Kent have united, turned round
and marched north and are now moving NW towards us. It's supposed to be
snow and will be if the temperature and dew points don't rise more than a
couple of degrees from where they are now so there's a bit of leeway. To
be honest S.E to NW is usually my best direction for snow as it often peps
up as it crosses the estuary.
Dave.

Although I can now see NE cloud movement the 11:30 radar clearly show
precipitation moving towards London from the SE?

Well the orange alert has been removed for my area. Wonder if the
Thames Estuary will make a difference?
