Default [WR] Bewdley - third successive ice day!

Tonight is partly cloudy, with occasional very light snow from what
looks like a larger area passing slightly to the north of me. The
forecasts for tomorrow and Monday are very interesting, though there's
no orange warning for this region so I'm not expecting anything too
heavy at the moment.

The temperature reached a minimum of -3.0°C a few hours ago, but has been
rising remorselessly (though slowly) since then and now stands at -1.0°C.
